Graugon Health Foundation (GHF) Uganda was founded in 2023 and officially registered in 2025. It was established on a humanitarian and charitable background to supplement civil society efforts in supporting the Government of Uganda to improve primary healthcare accessibility to underserved individuals and communities.
Since its establishment, GHF has created a positive impact especially for vulnerable people through its medical centres by offering quality healthcare services including general medicine, immunisation, family planning, and more. Among other achievements: Community Health Camps, Health Education, and Nutrition Clinics.
Apparently, we have 4 health centres which are operating actively and that is in Kyizanyiro, Kampala; Kinoni, Gomba District; Lusanja, Wakiso District; and Kasangati, Wakiso District. We also have some other primary health care facilities we work together in coordination of the services we offer in areas of interest where we can't reach.
We work closely with government facilities, the Ministry of Health, and local leaders to combine efforts, avoid duplication, and ensure maximum utilisation of available resources.
To provide equitable healthcare, restore hope, and empower vulnerable communities with sustainable health solutions, ensuring dignity and wellbeing for all.
To provide high-standard, affordable, and accessible healthcare services to all patients, supported by a skilled, compassionate team.
