Founded on Humanity & Purpose

Graugon Health Foundation (GHF) Uganda was founded in 2023 and officially registered in 2025. It was established on a humanitarian and charitable background to supplement civil society efforts in supporting the Government of Uganda to improve primary healthcare accessibility to underserved individuals and communities.

Since its establishment, GHF has created a positive impact especially for vulnerable people through its medical centres by offering quality healthcare services including general medicine, immunisation, family planning, and more. Among other achievements: Community Health Camps, Health Education, and Nutrition Clinics.

Apparently, we have 4 health centres which are operating actively and that is in Kyizanyiro, Kampala; Kinoni, Gomba District; Lusanja, Wakiso District; and Kasangati, Wakiso District. We also have some other primary health care facilities we work together in coordination of the services we offer in areas of interest where we can't reach.

We work closely with government facilities, the Ministry of Health, and local leaders to combine efforts, avoid duplication, and ensure maximum utilisation of available resources.

  • Passionate: We are enthusiastic and make things happen together.
  • Respectful: We are compassionate, inclusive and put people first.
  • Ethical: We are professional, accountable and do what we say we will do.
  • Empathetic: We understand and share feelings of other people.
  • Innovation: We think differently and look for ways to make things better
  • Courageous: We speak up and stand by what we believe in.
  • Teamwork: We combine individual skills, knowledge and expertize to achieve the bigger goal of the organization.

Message from the Founder & Executive Director

At Graugon Health Foundation, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy life, regardless of their circumstances. Since our establishment in 2023, we have faced numerous challenges that have tested our resilience. Yet, through innovation and strategic planning, we have remained steadfast on our mission.

Every day, I am inspired by the strength of the patients and families we serve, the dedication of our team in delivering compassionate care, and the unwavering support of our partners, community members and volunteers. As the saying goes, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." Our progress is a testament to the power of collaboration.

While we have the passion, expertise, and commitment to drive meaningful change, the need in our communities continues to grow. We are now scaling up our efforts to reach more vulnerable individuals and strengthen community health systems. Your support today enables us to bridge critical gaps in healthcare and ensure that quality, accessible care reaches those who need it most.
